My Approach

Yoga Instructor & Health Coach
I have always been deeply drawn to the ancient healing arts, especially the way yoga nurtures connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Over 20 years of personal and teaching experience has shown me that yoga is not just physical movement — it is a profound pathway for cultivating presence, resilience, and peace through all of life’s changes. I am committed to continuing my own growth both as a student and as a teacher, always seeking ways to bring greater depth, insight, and care into the classes I share.
Most recently, I completed Level 1 Relax and Renew® Restorative Yoga Teacher Training through Lasater Yoga, a yearlong program grounded in the physiology and soulful practice of deep rest and support taught by Judith Hanson Lasater and her team. This training has enriched my understanding of how intentional stillness, thoughtful use of props, and focused breathwork can help calm the nervous system and foster true restoration — for students of all levels.
I’m also actively studying Experiential Anatomy through Lasater Yoga, deepening my ability to teach from an embodied, anatomically-informed perspective that supports students safely and meaningfully on the mat. As always, whether it’s a restorative class, a slow flow, or a vinyasa practice, my approach weaves breath, movement, and mindfulness to help you build strength, find ease, and navigate your journey on and off the yoga mat.
